Key Responsibilities:
Administer and configure the Ivalua S2P platform, including modules such as Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Procurement, and Invoicing.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into system configurations.
Provide expert-level support to end-users on Ivalua functionality, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through complex processes.
Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings within the Ivalua platform.
Assist in the integration of Ivalua with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, finance systems) and manage data synchronization.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials.
Participate in Ivalua upgrades, new module deployments, testing, and go-live activities.
Analyze system performance and data to identify areas for process improvement and system optimization.
Liaise with Ivalua support and implementation partners to resolve technical issues and implement best practices.
Conduct training sessions for new and existing users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the platform.
On-call rotations will be likely during evenings and weekend. Must be flexible to travel onsite to client site up to 10%.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in Healthcare IT role
Minimum 3 years of experience with Ivalua ERP
HS Diploma / GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Epic
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
